Mad Men did no favours to Account Management. Creatives swan around like Don Draper, but who do account management get repped by? Roger? Ken? Pete? Pete! Enough already. It’s time we made good account managers famous. Starting with our latest opening after a series of new business wins.

As Ireland’s fastest growing independent agency, we’re looking for someone who can come in and straight up Macgyver on a number of key accounts. You’ll work across our portfolio, managing world class campaigns to make some of the country’s most well known brands get talked about. And depending on the situation, make an escape rope using only some A4 pages and paperclips.

We're not big fans of people who are passengers in agencies (even less so when they don't get you back for petrol money). That's why, every day you’ll be the pulse of your client’s business, inspiring them to find entrepreneurial, commercial and creative opportunities, develop key relationships and develop keen strategic insights and instincts. You’ll work with an inspiring team, who will push you out of your comfort zone as we all try do the best work of our careers.

We want someone wildly ambitious to take charge and make your mark in the industry by making our clients famous, while at the same time raising your own profile above that of weaselly Pete Campbell.

Breakdown of the role (in nice, organized bullet points):

  • Enjoy getting stuck in and well able to manage and deliver every facet of a campaign on time, on budget and well beyond expectations.

  • Strong relationship builder and presenter. Your clients need to trust you with their brands (and jobs).

  • Financially strong and not just able to handle the usual budgets, POs and cost estimates, but be able to find opportunities for clients too.

  • Ambition to lead. You’ll learn from our senior team, all versed with international experience and able to help you achieve your potential.

  • Proactive and willing to lead your own hunt for new business and getting your clients excited for new ideas and avenues to grow their business.
